“..Taiwan’s famous Floral Tea…”
Pictured: Osmanthus Flowers come from a tree native to South East China, Taiwan and Japan. When they bloom they produce a beautiful perfume that can fill an entire street. When added to tea, they naturally add sweetness and aroma, while allowing the deeper characteristics of the leaves to come forth and magnify themselves in the mouth. No wonder Omsanthus Oolong is so popular in Taiwan and around the world…
Farmer Li Minghan is a tea cultivation genius and Three Purities Organic Tea Garden is the most natural Tea farm I’ve ever been to.
Over ten years he transformed his garden into an eco-paradise, using natural mulching methods to encourage biodiversity, he has completely stopped using all mechanized farming methods and does not use any chemical fertilizers or pesticides.
His Osmanthus Oolong is the most flavorful floral Tea I’ve ever tried.
Osmanthus Tea Oolong is a specialty of Taiwan and is one of the most famous teas produced by the Island.
Flowers are baked together with tea during post-production, allowing the flavor to infuse deeply into the leaves, making for a gorgeous blend of Mr.Li’s semi-wild Jade Oolong and the bright perfume of the beautiful flowers of the Osmanthus tree.
Osmanthus tea is relatively rare outside of Taiwan, so its standards remain high on the island, but even so, this one is especially special since it is made with all Organic, naturally grown and harvested ingredients.
This Osmanthus Oolong is bright, fragrant and has all the body of Mr.Li’s other wonderful teas made with the Jade Oolong cultivar which is only found in Taiwan.
It simply isn’t possible to get better Oolong from the Nantou region of Taiwan.
